The Bargain and Sale instrument was registered in Picton and copied to the Prince Edward County land registrar's books on January 6, 1819. This lot later became 'lot 11, concession 1 Lakeside, Hillier Township' when Hillier township was formed from part of Ameliasburgh township around 1824. Jonathan paid 105 pounds for this lot of 200 acres.
