The crops were enumerated as follows: fall wheat 6 acres yielding 60 bushels, spring wheat - none, barley 6 acres yielding 250 bushels, rye 16 acres yeilding 300 bushels, peas 30 acres yielding 800 bushels, oats 5 acres yielding 170 bushels, buckwheat 10 acres yielding 240 bushels, indian corn 1 acres yielding 25 bushels, potatoes 3/4 acre yielding 100 bushels, turnips - none, mangels wurtzel - none, carrots - none, beans 1 bushel, hops 7 pounds, hay 9 tons or bdls, clover or timothy - none, and flax - none. They also produced the following: wool 10 pounds, maple sugar 200 pounds, cider - none, fulled cloth 18 yeards, linen - none, and flannel 40 yards. Livestock included: bulls or oxen under 3 years old 5, steers or heifers under 3 years old 9, milch cows 8, horses over 3 years old 8 valued at $500.00, colts or fillies under 3 years old 2, sheep 28, pigs 13, with total value of livestock as $1110.00. Other products produced were butter 350 pounds, cheese - none, beef 2 times 200 pound barrels, pork 7 times 200 pound barrels, and the produce of the orchards and gardens worth $30.00.

    Probate:
    His will was signed on October 18, 1864 with a codacil on November 26, 1864. He died on November 26, 1864.
    He named his wife, Rebecca, his sons, John, Franklin, and James Richard, and his daughters, Mary Rorabeck, Lucinda Trumpour [wife of Andrew Trumpour], Katharine [wife of Robert Pearsoll], Martha Ann, Alzina, and Mahala [Melinda?].
    His oldest son, John Bishop, inherited the farm, west half of lot 64, first concession west of Green Point.
    Franklin Bishop was to turn 21 on November 1, 1870.
    Lucinda was willed $100 cash total. It would be paid as $25 cash and $25 stock paid jointly by John and Franklin Bishop, on or before November 1, 1871, and $50 to be paid 1/2 in cash and 1/2 in stock, on or before November 1, 1872, paid jointly by John Bishop and Franklin Bishop.
