    Will:
    In his will, he gave his occupation as a carpenter, and his residence as Sophiasburgh Township. He left all his real and personal estate to his eldest daughter, Mary Curlett "now Mary Bennett, wife of Aaron Bennett of the City of Rochester in the State of New York, Boatman". He also appointed Mary as his executrix. His will was witnessed by G. A. Brown and James F. Curlett (M.D.)
